I’ve always wanted to try this
When the thermometer hits the “below zeroes” and the weather reports are full of dire safety warnings, haven’t you ever wondered “just how cold is it, really?” For instance, is it cold enough to freeze water in the air, before it hits the ground?
In fact, as you can see here….yes, it is. Our test produced a great poof of frozen mist. Very impressive. I’m not sure of the science behind the effect, but given the right situation, you can try it, too:
Outside temperature… really darn cold (-10F for us). Water… a half cup, boiling. Action… Give it a good, sweeping fling for full effect.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I think I’ll go find my hat and mittens.
Happy Happy and yes, we will be there for the wedding.
It’s Friday Jan 21 and it is snowing here in Orono. The Kubota is still working and plows like a charm.
